Send me your lists – the must-dos and the nice-to-haves – and I’ll map out what we can realistically tackle in an 4 or 8-hour sprint. I’ll also flag what might be better saved for later, so you know exactly what’s coming off your plate, and tackle whatever’s left if there’s time.

Instead, I offer VIP Days and custom packages that give you my full focus and still guarantee you get deliverables on an efficient timeline. This way, you walk away with a finished product, training, and support, rather than a half-fixed problem and a surprise invoice.

  • Before you book your VIP day, we’ll review your list and I’ll let you know what I can reasonably complete (at my high-quality standards). With this much experience with design and tech, I have a very good idea of how long it takes me to do certain tasks – and my experience works to your advantage, because I can typically knock out more than you’re expecting! If your list is longer, I’ll let you know if it makes more sense to book multiple VIP days.

  • Nope! We’ll kick off the day with a quick call to confirm priorities, then I’ll get to work. You don’t need to sit on Zoom for 8 hours; you’re free to catch up on your own client work (or log off entirely). I’ll check in as needed, then wrap the day with a walkthrough of everything completed.
