Bet you didn’t think a web designer’s greatest trick would be turning your tech into time.
What can I say? I live for a little systems and website magic.
To limit my title to “freelance Squarespace designer” would be doing my job a disservice – because while the focus of Safemode Studio is website design, I also bring my background in cybersecurity, obsession with all things technology, and penchant for side quests into everything I do.
The bottom line?
I’m who you come to when you need your tech to feel simpler and safer – whether it’s a website that acts as a sales agent, systems that serve as a client experience specialist, or a long-term partner that helps your site keep up with your growth.
It’s easy to get stressed out by your website and tech – or at least, it was until you met me.
Don’t know what DNS & API stand for? Cool, I’ll handle it.
Need to hop on a support chat with your domain provider so you can make changes? That’s my job now.
Trying to find the right tool for the job? I’ve got your next recommendation right here.
When we work together, you’re not just getting a freelance Squarespace designer – you’re getting your very own help desk and technical translator, ready to make every last detail of your site and setup stress-free.
The Safemode Studio Mission
To empower businesses through website design and tech that safeguard their data, strengthen their potential, and support their future.
“Technology” doesn’t always inspire trust – and while I get that, I also want to change it.
It’s easy to be wary of anything tech-related, especially when your “super-simple all-in-one” website platform is anything but, and your software tutorials feel like they’re in another language.
That’s why I run Safemode Studio differently.
I don’t expect you to hand over your business and just hope for the best. I’ll earn your trust by being transparent, keeping things simple, and making sure you walk away with tools you can use.
Here’s what I promise from the start:
I will take your website from “We need an update so badly – just ignore our site!” to a client-converting asset you’re proud to share.
I won’t consider our website project finished until I’ve shown you how it works – so you never feel like you need permission or a pricey retainer just to use your site.
I will take your business’s needs, your comfort level with tech, your team, and your growth goals into consideration when making recommendations.
I won’t get stressed (or let you get stressed) if your tech needs are complicated, and I will help you meet them. I specialize in making the tough tech stuff feel easy – even when it comes to HIPAA, DNS settings, and any other acronyms we stumble across.
With a job like mine, it’s no wonder that I feel like I’m everywhere on the Internet – here are some of my favorite digital spaces.
YouTube
This side of my job is one of my favorites – I keep things on my channel fun, light, and always helpful. Whether I’m filming sponsored content, vlogging for my freelance diaries, or helping other freelance Squarespace designers grow their businesses, I either already have a video for that or I’m planning to record one next week.
